Employment as a Care Assistant

The position offered is subject to satisfactory references and CRB. If you prefer us not to request references prior to your interview, please state this on your application form. The CRB check is payable by Complete Care Services, however, if you leave with in 12 months this fee will be deducted from your last wage.


After 13 weeks of employment all employees are enrolled in to health cash plan. This is only valid whilst employed. This health cash plan entitles each employee to money off Optical, Dental, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Chiropractic treatments.


Complete Care Services also give employees a monthly bonus after successfully completing the probationary period. This bonus is performance related.

Previous experience in Social Care is useful but not essential as all training is provided free of charge.
